Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using damehombro.wiki (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What the Service is

Dame Hombro AI is an independent tool that generates short AI videos from a photo you upload. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, creator, platform or brand mentioned on the site, including Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, TikTok or Instagram. Names are used only to describe trends.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We use third-party AI providers, so results can vary and some photos may be rejected by their safety systems.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Tell us immediately at support@damehombro.wiki if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Photos, likeness and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to their image being used, or of characters you own. Never upload photos of minors. Do not use generated videos to impersonate, harass, defame, deceive or sexualize anyone, or to mislead people about what is real. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions for every photo you upload.

Generated videos are AI-created. Where required by law or by a platform's rules, you must label them as AI-generated when you share them. You are responsible for how you use and share your clips.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; upload illegal, explicit or abusive content; try to bypass credit limits, rate limits or safety systems; probe, scrape or attack the Service; or resell the Service without our written permission. We may remove content, refuse jobs and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Credits, payments and refunds

• Credits are bought in one-time packs (no subscription). The price in credits of a clip depends on the model, quality and length you choose and is shown before you generate.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Free promotional credits may expire and have no cash value.
• If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your account automatically.
• Credits used for a completed clip are not refundable. You may ask for a refund of unused purchased credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@damehombro.wiki.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout where required.

7. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of your photos. We do not claim ownership of your generated clips. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photos and clips solely to provide the Service. Subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and to the rights of third parties in the source material, you may use the clips you generate; you are responsible for making sure your use is lawful. The Service itself, its design and its software belong to us.

8. Copyright and takedown

If you believe something on Dame Hombro AI infringes your rights or shows you without your permission, email support@damehombro.wiki with the page address and details. We will review it promptly and remove content where appropriate.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect, and we do not guarantee any particular result, uptime or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dame Hombro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
