Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits. Email support@damehombro.wiki from your account email with the order details.

Used credits

Credits spent on a clip that generated successfully are not refundable. AI results vary; if a clip is unusable because of a technical fault on our side, write to us and we will review it case by case.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
